Years later, while working as a chef at the White Rabbit pub in Oxford – now the brand’s namesake – he met co-founder Nick. Determined to change that, the pair began sourcing exceptional ingredients from Italy and perfecting authentic gourmet gluten free pizzas at their dedicated bakery in Oxfordshire. Each winner will receive White Rabbit’s signature Neapolitan-style, 24-hour slow-proved sourdough pizzas, including margherita, salame, vegana, chicken and chorizo, and prosciutto ham and mushroom, plus a pair of pizzettas for lighter bites.
